Waxhaw has been ranked as the best place for families in part because of its "lively social calendar." - Nerd Wallet.

The Town of Waxhaw showcases three large-scale events - the spring Kaleidoscope Fest - A Food, Music and Art Festival, Autumn Treasures and the Grill'n & Chill'n BBQ Cook-off and the Holiday Festival of Lights. In addition, we host several smaller venues - our Independence Day and Christmas parades, Fright Night, our first Friday of the month concert series Jammin' by the Tracks, and Movies Under the Water Tower.  Waxhaw is also very proud of our active military, service personnel, and veterans remembering them in ceremonies for Memorial Day, 9/11, Veteran's Day and Wreaths Across America.  Each event is free to the public and is set against the backdrop of our quaint historic downtown.

Whether you are looking to promote your brand, market your company, or give corporately to the community, we have many opportunities for you to attach your name to a special event.  Sponsorship of an event is attainable at any budget.  We entertain both cash and in-kind contributions, and put a dollar value on your volunteerism at our events.  We'll work with you to find the right fit for your company and design a package that works to accomplish the goals of your business.  Sponsorship benefits are tailored to suit your specific needs and are based on sponsorship dollar amount. Some of the benefits your company could receive are promotion on our website, social media, emails, school flyers, newspaper and radio advertising, an event day booth and on-site recognition through banners, public announcements and on-stage company promotion.

For additional information on how your company can support the Waxhaw community, and market your company through our events, please contact the Events Manager at 704-843-2195 ext. 226.
