Organization Advisory Committee

What does the Organization Advisory Committee do?
The Organization Advisory Committee assists with volunteer recruitment for the various Town committees and fundraising efforts. Through the recruitment process, the committee also facilitates public private partnerships and works with the Town's Marketing/Communication team to assist and facilitate public relations and outreach. The committee is comprised of five (5) members with three (3) year terms. 

What skills do I need to serve on the Organization & Advisory Committee?
If you have a lot of connections, are good at developing partnerships, public relations, recruiting volunteers, and fundraising, you would be a good fit on this committee. There is no residency requirement.

What is the time commitment?
The Organization Advisory Committee meets the second Monday of every month at 8:30 am. Committee members may have additional take home assignments to complete prior to the next monthly meeting. Committee members can serve up to two consecutive three year terms.
