The work session was focused on three items:

  • Discussion on the Downtown Façade Grant, with the Board reaching consensus on moving forward with a focus on commercial related buildings in the downtown area
  • Continued discussion on downtown redevelopment process of our town properties, with the Board beginning the discussion of a partnership and what the goals and evaluation criteria may be

The regular meeting saw the following actions by the Board of Commissioners:

  • Approved a number of administrative items, including the addition of two work sessions for the month of April, April 9 and April 30, beginning at 4:30 pm to facilitate the annual budget process.
