Waxhaw-Marvin Road Sidewalk (Click for More Info) A Community Development Block Grant will help provide 1742 linear feet of sidewalk (1/3 mile) to connect Fallondale Road to Eutaw Drive. Design: Spring-Summer 2018 Right-of-Way: Fall-Winter 2018 Construction: Spring 2019
Urban Land Institute-Technical Assistance Panel The Town of Waxhaw is working with ULI Charlotte to identify the highest and best use for the downtown town-owned properties. The goal is to create a strategy to create a cohesive, economically vibrant downtown core. A final report is expected within 60 days.
