A portion of Blythe Mill Road, between NC-16 and N. Providence Street, will be closed to through traffic (local traffic only) from late October through mid-November to allow for developer-led roadway improvements.

During this time, drivers should follow the clearly marked detour route via N. Providence Street and Howie Mine Road.

The project includes grading, paving, curb and gutter installation, and sidewalk enhancements.
