The Town of Waxhaw's administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Trash & Recycling services will not run on Monday, Sept. 7. Trash and recycling will operate on a one-day delay during the week of Sept. 7 with Monday customers being serviced on Tuesday, Tuesday customers being serviced on Wednesday, and so on. 

Parks and trails will be open. The Recreation Barn and the Waxhaw Learning Center will be closed.
