12-Mile Creek Debris Removal

Electronic proposals will be received by the Town of Waxhaw (Waxhaw) at the Town Hall, 4218 Waxhaw-Marvin NC, 28173 until 2:00 PM EDT on May 13, 2026. Late submittals will not be accepted.

A Non-Mandatory, Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held on April 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EDT at the Waxhaw Town Hall. Representatives from the Engineering Department will be on-hand to give a brief overview of the project and to answer questions. Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged.

Waxhaw, is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to provide Stream Debris Removal Services in Waxhaw.

Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online by registering with Duncan Parnell via their bid room https://bidroom.duncan-parnell.com/. Registration with Duncan Parnell is required to obtain the bid documents and be added to the official Plan Holder’s List. Addenda notification will be sent to those buying full sets from Duncan Parnell via their bid room. The cost of bid documents and shipping is non-refundable. Neither OWNER, ARCHITECT, nor ENGINEER will be responsible for copies of the bid documents obtained from sources other than from Duncan Parnell. All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFP Documents are to be submitted in writing to the Procurement Representative listed on the cover page (Orion Holtey) no later than May 6, 2026 at 12 p.m. EDT.

The Town of Waxhaw reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and Waxhaw reserves the right to award to multiple vendors.

Offerors are required to comply with the non-collusion requirements set forth in the Solicitation Documents.

Waxhaw encourages good faith effort outreach to Minority Businesses (HUB Certified) and Small Businesses.
