The Town of Waxhaw, North Carolina, is now accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Biennial Bridges & structures Inspections and Miscellaneous Design. The requirements for submitting an SOQ are stated in the attached Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”). Please review them carefully.

Physical and Electronic submittals will be received by the Town of Waxhaw (Waxhaw) at the Town Hall, 4218 Waxhaw-Marvin NC, 28173 until 2:00 PM EDT on June 18, 2026. Late submittals will not be accepted. 

NO PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING is scheduled at this time.

SOQ submissions are due no later than June 18, 2026 at 2 PM.
