Project Details:

• Replacement of the bridge on Waxhaw-Marvin Road between Kensington Drive and Exbury Gardens Drive (next to Town Creek Park)
• NCDOT anticipates construction to begin Summer 2027

Project Note: 

The Town of Waxhaw is being proactive by implementing the following projects in advance of the Waxhaw-Marvin Bridge Closure that will provide safe, alternate routes: 

• Kensington Drive Widening
• Pine Oak Road & Prescott Glen Parkway Roundabout
• Pine Oak Road & Waxhaw-Marvin Road Traffic Signal
• Millbridge Parkway & Kensington Drive Traffic Signal
