Hours of Operation:

• Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Closed 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch

• Saturday: Rec Barn Fun Days in Building B only; available 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on 1st and 3rd Saturdays (no rentals available during this time) most months. There is no Rec Barn Fun Day when there is a Town event or a holiday that lands on the 1st or 3rd Saturday of the month.

• Sunday: Closed

Recreation Barn Amenities:

• Active Recreational Areas
• Indoor and Outdoor synthetic turf fields
• (2) Baseball/Softball Pitching Bays
• Rental Space
• Internal Programs

Open play is free usage of the facility's amenities for community members during specific hours of the day, Monday through Friday and select Saturdays.  If rentals or programs are scheduled, they will take priority over open play.  

Monday through Fridays, amenities in Building A are open and available for use 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm, unless programs or rentals are scheduled.

The first and third Saturday of the month will have Rec Barn Fun Days for free play and activities in Building B only from 10am to 2pm. Rec Barn Fun Days will not be held during the same weekend as a Town Event.  No rentals are available during this time.

Rentals are based upon staff availability.

 **Rentals require a two-week notice and full payment is due at the time of booking.  Cancellations require 48 hours notice minimum in order to receive a refund.**

 Long term rental requests are accepted during seasonal request periods only.  

• Spring Season (March - July) - Applications accepted January 1 through 15
• Fall Season (August - November) - Applications accepted May 1 through 15
• Winter Season (December - February) - Applications accepted September 1 through 15

Requests will not be considered without the completion of the Facility Rental Request Form (PDF).
