Program Registration

The Town of Waxhaw launched SmartRec for program registrations on December 17, 2025, replacing RecDesk. Learn more about the launch.   

How To Register for a SmartRec Account

All users will be required to create a new SmartRec (Amilia) account, regardless of whether they had a RecDesk account.

Users will be prompted to create their account when they go to register for a program or make a purchase.

  1. Click “Sign Up” on the login page after adding an item to your cart.
  2. Enter your account information.
  3. Verify your account via email code.
  4. Once verified, users will be ready to browse, register, and manage their accounts.

Please complete the Facility Rental Application (PDF) and email your completed form to  our facility rentals team.

THERE ARE NO ONLINE RESERVATIONS

You MUST email a completed rental application in order to reserve a facility space.

Once your completed application has been received, a staff person will contact you to approve or deny your request.
