How to Register for Programs or Activities

1. Visit WAXHAW.RECDESK.COM or call 704-843-2195 x235 to register

2. On the website above, click "CREATE ACCOUNT" and add your family information in the account

3. Search for programs by clicking "EVENTS & PROGRAMS" and enter the name of the program or scroll through the list of programs

4. Click "REGISTER NOW" and select the member of your household that will participate in the program.  Repeat as necessary for multiple registrations, adding each one to your "shopping cart".

5. Click "SAVE" and "MOVE ON TO PAYMENT". Visa, Mastercard & Discover are accepted.  You will be emailed a confirmation receipt once payment has been made.

Please complete the  facility rental application found here and email your completed form to facilityrentals@waxhaw.com.

THERE ARE NO ONLINE RESERVATIONS

Search for the facility name in the search box or click the listed facility name.

 Once you click on the facility name/location, click on the CALENDAR tab in the green box.  This will show you available dates/times.

 You MUST email a completed rental application in order to reserve a facility space.

 Once your completed application has been received, a staff person will contact you to approve or deny your request.
