Town of Waxhaw, NC
Home MenuWaxhaw Skate Action Plan
The Town of Waxhaw is committed to enhancing the downtown Skate Park to better serve the youth who rely on this space for recreation, connection, and community. As part of this effort, the Town is assessing the current location to ensure it remains the right long‑term home for the park, while also exploring future property opportunities as community demand continues to grow.
The Action Plan will evaluate existing amenities and identify improvements that expand capacity, elevate safety, and strengthen the park’s role within Waxhaw’s Community Recreation system. This planning process will establish a clear path for renovation, future construction, and long‑term stewardship—ensuring the Skate Park remains a safe, durable, and valued destination for generations to come.
