The Public Services Department is dedicated to keeping Waxhaw clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents and visitors.

We coordinate essential services such as trash, recycling, yard debris collection, seasonal leaf vacuuming, tree management, landscaping, grounds maintenance in downtown, and the care of Town-owned streets, sidewalks, streetlights and rights-of-way. The Public Services Department also provides regular maintenance and repairs to all of the Town vehicles including police cars. 

Our team also maintains the Southside Cemetery and provides general grounds upkeep throughout the community.
