2. Search for "Waxhaw Connect" in the search bar, and once you find the app, click on the "Download" or "Install" button.

Creating a Waxhaw Connect Account 

Creating an account in the Waxhaw Connect app is a simple process that grants you access to all its features. Upon launching the app for the first time, you will be prompted to register by providing a unique username and password. This ensures the security of your account and protects your personal information. Once you've successfully created an account, you will have the ability to create requests, receive important updates, and engage with the Town of Waxhaw.

The convenience of the app allows you to stay logged in, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter your credentials every time you access Waxhaw Connect. This seamless login experience ensures that you can easily and quickly connect with your community and actively contribute to its growth and development.

Submitting Service Requests

Once you've opened the app, select the "Submit a Service Request" button. From there, you can choose the type of request you want to submit, whether it's a pothole, a broken streetlight, or a missed trash pickup. 

You'll then be prompted to take a photo of the issue and provide a brief description. You can also use the app to track the status of your request and receive updates on when it will be addressed.
